Proving mastery of skillsets required for successful entry to competitive programs or internships means students must build a rigorous body of evidence. We must expand the spectrum of evidence beyond what test scores alone can report, to address Career, Academic and Digital competencies. Our methodology uses a data model designed to work with any observable competency, providing an innovative support system that ECHS, Higher Ed and employers can use for program improvement and evaluation.
